undefined_ は、コーヒーを「味」だけで完結させないために生まれたブランドです。
忙しい日常の中で流れていく時間や、言葉にできない感情、ふと立ち止まる一瞬。私たちは、そうした曖昧で輪郭のない瞬間にこそ価値があると考えています。定義されていないからこそ、人それぞれに異なる意味を持つ——その余白を大切にする想いが "undefined"という名前に込められています。
undefined_ のコーヒーは、気分や感情を起点に選べるラインナップです。
産地や焙煎、フレーバーといった品質を大切にしながら、「どんな時間に寄り添う一杯か」を軸に設計しています。集中したい朝、思考をほどく午後、静かに一日を終える夜。それぞれのコーヒーは、味わいと時間をひとつの体験として提案します。
